Pioneer Oil Days 2010
The B.R.A.G. Historical Society would like to recognize the Pioneer Oil Days committee: Chris Evans and Debbie Wight, Ed Majot, Don Skinner, Diane Little, Nancy Beaton and Romaine Bonney, Jeff Barnes and Jim Day, Catherine Kinnicutt and Kathy Ross, Cathy Fuller, Barb Claire, Rose Feenaughty. The months of working together to plan a great week of events for the community was a success and we thank you for it. A special thank you to Terry Taylor and Dave Parker and the Fire Police from Allentown, Belmont, Bolivar, Clarksville, Friendship, Petrolia, Richburg, and Willing. With out their participation we would not be able to put Saturday together.
Thanks go out to the Town and Village of Bolivar, Bolivar-RichburgSchool, Bolivar Fire Department, BolivarMethodistChurch, Richburg-WirtMuseum, Richburg Colonial Library, BolivarOilMuseum, Bolivar Lioness Club, Bolivar Legion, and FaithBibleChurch, who provided venues to hold the events during the week.
The community brought the week together by attending the events, participating in the parade, supporting the car show, having vendor booths, and helping with set up and clean up. Thank you for being a part of Pioneer Oil Days 2010.
